returns + exchanges

The Hole Kid will gladly issue you a refund on most unused items (exceptions are listed below) returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts, shipping costs or gift wrapping).

You may also exchange clothing for the same item in a different size and/or color.

In the event of special promotions or discounts, The Hole Kid reserves the right to apply additional rules. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid. Please call us or send us an e-mail if you have any returns-related questions that are associated with these special offers.

In-store credit will be issued if you are returning an item that was purchased on sale. 

The few things you can't send back:

                Items discounted for final sale or those that are marked-down over 50% off

                Personalized or custom items

                Halloween items after October 15th

                Holiday-themed items after the holiday

Please note that shipping and gift wrapping charges are NOT refundable.

We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse.

We are not liable to return and /or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.
